The best guarantee and give you is our wish to set up a regular business with your company! However, When you receive our cartons, please inspect the cartridges . If carton is damaged, please first indicate your reserves to UPS immediately. ( there is normally no ink leakage, as we fix a plastic bag inside the carton!)

If you think that more than 3% of the cartridges are not acceptable to you, Please inform us immediately, within 7 days of cartridges receipt by e.mail. We will give you all the instructions to send us back the full carton by UPS freight collect.
Please never re-send us a carton without informing us and getting our shipping informations to avoid customs clearance problem upon return.

We will refund you the total amount of your order immediately upon receipt of cartridges.
