INSPECTION

The first inspection starts while buying from end user. We have a first visual inspection. We also know our end-users, and do not buy from those refilling their cartridges. After getting the cartridges in our office, we wash the head , in order to Inspect it through magnifying lamps. Circuit is checked, if any trace of ink into the circuit can be seen, the cartridge will be rejected.

We, of course check for loose head, broken or damaged body and circuits. We generally reject all cartridges which look old or too dirty. Original stickers must be clean and very properly glued to the cartridge .Each type of cartridge follows a different procedure, adapted to its specification.

Inspection is done by young ladies, with good eyesight ! who are trained for this and follow a 25 pages inspection manuel.
During at least 3 to 4 weeks, when we get new staff, there is a double inspection; first by the new staff and then by a confirmed QC staff.
There is NO classification for "grade B".Our cartridges are either very good or they simply are not. In that case, they are just rejected!.
